Woman's contribution in building of the society has many a times not been given due recognition. But women have proved that if need be they are capable of handling any kind of responsibility, in fact better sometimes, due to keen observation and sensitive nature. Women are in every field, from driving engines to piloting and what not. The stereotyped mindset carried from past now faces countering by daring and breakthrough achievements by women.
